Matthew Iadarola is a celebrated film mixer whose talents have been heard by millions on studio and independent films alike. Golden Globe and Emmy nominated, Iadarola recently mixed the George Clooney Men Who Stare at Goats, and the lauded romantic comedy 500 Days of Summer. Matthew Iadarola attended UCLA film school where he received a B.A. in Film and Television. Over the course of his career he has recorded location sound, sound effects, Foley and ADR. He has edited, mixed and mastered most audio formats. He is fluent in the latest technologies for sound mixing and sound editorial, including Pro Tools and the Icon console. He has mixed the soundtracks of over 170 feature films. Some of the directors he has worked with include Robert Altman, Sam Raimi, Spike Jonze and Carl Franklin. He teaches post-production mixing at the Musician’s Institute. He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
