Yagmur Kaplan has worked his way through the post-audio world of Hollywood the old-fashion way: through hard word and dedication. Throughout his career as a rerecording mixer, Yagmur persisted in his learning, gaining precise cinema ears through years of experience and acquired an expert knowledge in what makes a mix great. This past year Yagmur has mixed films with some extraordinary talents including The Polish Brothers, and is currently mixing a Robert Duvall film, Seven Days in Utopia. As a regular mixer and ADR engineer at Lotus Post, Yagmur is now one of the go-to post-audio pros in independent film. With expereince in all facets of the mix, Yagmur has rerecorded films in the major environments including Pro Tools HD.
