Altara Michelle said goodbye to her native New York City to attain a B.A. in Communication from Arizona State University. Upon graduation, Altara moved to Los Angeles where she studied broadcasting at UCLA. She soon landed a job at KTLA (CW) in the Sports and Entertainment department.

For the past decade, Altara has worked for various entertainment companies including Clear Channel where she was an advertising executive. Altara’s many years of marketing, publishing, and sales has lead her to work with independent producers and production companies. Now joining Stand Sound, Altara brings her energy and enthusiasm to motion picture sound.
